We take the unnecessary hassle away from you - we will edit and update the Memorial Site professionally on your behalf - you do not need to worry about learning how to manage the Site. If you wish to make changes after we initially setup the site, we will charge a nominal fee of between R49.95 and R99.95.
Can I assume full control of my Memorial Website?
Yes. We are currently automating the entire process to give you even more control. This feature will be available by April 2010. We will then give you the option of switching over to this option at no extra cost.

How do I setup a Memorial Site for me and what happens when I die?
The same setup procedure is used as for a normal Memorial Website. You will also be required to provide us with a list of 100 email addresses and contact telephone numbers of close family and friends. On your passing away, you will be required to make arrangements for a family member or friend (can be set out in your will) to contact us to put your Memorial website online. We will then contact the 100 people that you have selected and inform them of your Memorial Website. The email that we send out will be drafted by you. This option is only available for a minimum of one year (R99.95 once-off setup fee plus R199.95 per annum. You could take it for a longer period - refer to our Packages Category for more information on the other options)
Can I link the Memorial Website that I have created with another?
Yes. You may link your Memorial Website with as many as 100 other Memorial Websites. Link to other Family members and Friends.
Is there any Password Protection for my Memorial Website?
Yes, you can request that a password be placed on your website. You can then send out the password to your family and friends. This added feature is FREE. It is however recommended that access be granted to all visitors and let them share In-Loving-Memory-of your loved one.
How does this Charity donation work?
We basically link our website to the relevant Charity. No donations are paid to us. All donations are made 'In loving Memory of ...' and will be paid directly to the relevant Charity according to their payment plan options. We do not take any portion of the donation whatsoever.
Can the Charity donation be paid to our Church?
Yes. You will need to get authorisation from your Pastor or Church representative. They will need to contact us to setup their links etc... No donations are paid to us. All donations are made 'In loving Memory of ...' and will be paid directly to the relevant Church according to their payment plan options. We do not take any portion of the donation whatsoever.
Can I nominate any Charity?
The nominated Charity must be a registered Organisation in South Africa.
How many Memorial Websites can I create?
You can create as many as you want
Can I sell my Memorial Website?
No. If you are found to be reserving names with the intention of selling them at a later stage, your account will be deactivated and you will NOT be reimbursed for any monies already paid in.
How many people can I list to be notified of any changes or new messages posted to my Memorial Website?
You can submit up to 100 email addresses of friends and family.
Can I pay for more than one year?
Yes, view our pricing structure - save on future price increases and pay for a longer period.
Can I submit my own images for the template?
Yes, but we will charge you a small fee for the redesign (from R99)
